"438 Days" by Jonathan Franklin
What you definitely need to survive:
- a bit of luck (the only thing that everybody has)
- humour (probably the most important factor)
- imagination
- inspiration
- improvisation
- someone to take care of (even if that someone is not there with you)
- a natural mechanism that tackles all the small, solvable problems first
- being able to see the end of your problems
What you don't necessarily need to survive:
- faith to a deity
What you definitely don't need:
- pessimism
